Refund Policy for Customized Prayer Mats

1. Custom Orders: As each prayer mat is custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds on orders once they are processed and shipped.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or send you the correct item at no additional cost.

3. Proof of Issue: To process your exchange request, we may ask for clear photos of the incorrect or damaged item, including packaging, to verify the issue.

4. Exchange Process: Once the issue is verified, we will either send you a replacement or provide a resolution based on your preference.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item, but customers are responsible for shipping any incorrect or damaged items back to us.

6. No Cancellations: Since our prayer mats are custom-made, cancellations cannot be accepted once the order is placed and production has begun.
